As a Leadership & Empowerment Coach, I create the space for women of color to redefine their leadership and emerge into the wholehearted and empowered leaders they want to be in their career and life.

Being an immigrant raised Latina woman I learn on my own how to navigate dominant cultures and develop the courage to define what my own leadership could look like. But first I had to defeat the narratives, beliefs and expectations that taught me to live small and compromise my dreams, needs, and desires. I discovered there were cultural layers and experiences that added complexities to my capacity to rise and be more empowered.
Today, this has allowed me to connect with my clients and relate to the stories and struggles they experience professionally and personally.

As a Coach, Speaker, Entrepreneur and Mom I love supporting women leaders to no longer question "Am I enough?" and instead RECLAIM THEIR HUSTLE and LEAD wholeheartedly.
